Hello, I am Nicolette Titus and I am delighted to be apart of this dynamic real estate agency. I have been working for Pam Golding Properties since October 2016. Currently, I am a full status Property Practioner working towards my NQF 5 qualification. I specialize in residential property sales within the Mitchells Plain and Strandfontein areas.
A healthy body and mind is important to me. I enjoy watching soccer, playing netball and having fun family walks. Whenever I get the chance, I spend time creating wonderful moments and memories with my loved ones.
I have resided in Mitchells Plain for forty five years. Working as a real estate agent in my own area is the best career move I have made. I bring a wealth of knowledge of the local property market, as well as current insights with regards to the buying and selling trends in my area. My knowledge and guidance enables my clients to make informed decisions when purchasing a property.
