Hello, I am Darren Theunissen and I have recently joined the Pam Golding Properties team where I specialize in residential property sales in the Mitchell’s Plain and Strandfontein areas.
From a young age I knew exactly what I wanted to become, which makes me one of the fortunate few because most teenagers spend years searching for their purpose in life. I was very privileged to become part of this dynamic team straight after graduating from high school and I am determined to succeed as I am hard working and goal driven.
What attracted me to the real estate industry is that every house has its own story that goes far beyond its walls. For this reason, I treat all my clients with the highest level of professionalism as I know that it’s not about my next sale but rather assisting my clients in their property journey. I understand that often it’s a case of clients having sentimental attachments to their properties and having to let go of the memories made there and having to make new memories in a new home.
When I am not studying towards my NQF4 Qualification or assisting clients, I enjoy playing soccer.
