I specialise in luxury homes, country properties, equestrian properties and secure lifestyle estates across Kyalami, Beaulieu Country Estate, Kyalami Agricultural Holdings, Kyalami Estates, Saddlebrook Estate, Blue Hills Country Estate, Waterfall Equestrian Estate and the greater Midrand area.
I have lived in the Kyalami and Midrand area for more than 30 years and have extensive first hand knowledge of the local property market, the surrounding estates and the country and equestrian lifestyle that defines this area.
My local knowledge allows me to provide buyers and sellers with informed guidance on individual estates property values lifestyle considerations and the differences between the various residential country and equestrian areas within Kyalami and Midrand.
Country and equestrian property is a particular area of expertise for me. I have been involved in the equestrian community for many years and I am also a professional showjumper. This gives me a genuine understanding of what equestrian buyers look for in a property and the practical requirements involved in owning buying and selling horse properties.
I hold my FETC and NQF4 qualifications in Real Estate and pride myself on being professional trustworthy driven and highly focused on personal service.
