Prior to working for Pam Golding I worked for Hall Real Estate in 2007 where I specialised in farm sales. I left them in 2008 and then joined FP Naude Properties in 2009 until 2015. I am now a proud trainee agent for Pam Golding Properties in Middleburg and specialise in the selling of farms, residential and commercial properties.
In addition to my real estate experience I am also a qualified Computer Technician. I have also done a number of courses as a Structural Cabling Installer where I worked with telephones, data and fibre optic cabling as well as supplying and installing server cabinets, switches, routers and telephone systems.
As a trainee estate agent, I do not only sell property but I also advise both purchaser and seller on all things property. That is why my client today is also my client tomorrow. I find that the before and after sales service is what makes my clients remember me each time they want to sell or buy a property. This is something that other agents are not doing and that is where I come in. I pride myself in giving the best possible service at all times.
When I have the time I like to drive around my local town and surrounding areas in search of new future developments. One of my sales I have recently completed now belongs to Mrs. Trish Stoop of the Mogale City Municipality in Gauteng. The land was occupied by informal settlements and the municipality is now going to build proper houses, schools, a library and other sporting facilities for those residents.
What I love most about working in the property industry is the fact that I get to meet interesting people from different races. I like knowing about the new and upcoming developments in the property market as well as to be knowledgeable about the latest market prices.
