Good day, I’m Ansja Du Toit and I’ve been working with Pam Golding Properties since June 2013. I specialise in residential and commercial rentals in Middelburg. Prior to working with Pam Golding I worked as a bookkeeper at a law firm for five years but I wanted to start a new career and so I applied at Pam Golding Properties. I started working as a rental agent and have now been doing it for two and a half years. I specialise in the Dennesig, Aerorand, Kanonkop, Golfsig and Groenkol areas.

I have a Fidelity Fund Certificate which makes my work easier and brings confidence to the people who I meet and service. I conduct myself in a professional manner at all times. I am always honest, trustworthy and maintain my integrity with every transaction I conclude. I have learnt a lot and am eager to share my knowledge with people that want to rent or rent out their properties.

In 2015, I received an award from Pay prop for the highest commission earned. I am a people’s person who wants to inform, educate and advise in making decisions when it comes to property requirements. I like to see everyone happy and that is why my work is so important to me, making clients happy in finding the correct property for their needs is my number one priority. Real estate is my passion and my purpose is to provide expert advice to my clients.

In my free time I like to go camping with my family and read a nice book or two. I always like to accustom myself to my surroundings and thereafter provide my clients with as much information as possible. By doing so it creates an atmosphere of reassurance and comfort knowing that they have selected the most knowledgeable agent for the job.
