I am Gerrit and I specialise in residential property sales in Melkbosstrand, Van Riebeekstrand and Duynefontein. I hold my PhD, MBL and FETC: Real Estate.

The importance of being detailed orientated, enthusiastic and knowledgeable in all areas of real estate is critically important for every transaction. I thrive on the interaction with all people who come into my path in the industry, from buyers, sellers and colleagues. We all learn from each other during the buying or selling process. I am an avid sports fan and enjoy watching all exciting sporting events. I love to play golf, and this industry allows for excellent networking opportunities on the green. I enjoy reading, especial good detective or war-crime stories. Family time is very important to me, we spend quality time together on our family farm.
