I am Corine Pavin. As a sales consultant specializing in rentals and sales of residential properties, I am responsible for the region incorporating Cascavelle, Flic en Flac, Albion, and Pointe aux Sables – all the popular towns north of Black River/Tamarin on the west coast.
I joined Pam Golding Properties in 2006 and worked for the first few years on the administration side by assisting the sales team primarily with after-sales service. I thoroughly enjoyed this period as it allowed me to interact with the clients. It gave me the great opportunity to get a solid grounding in how to understand their needs and what we as a company need to consider when connecting clients with appropriate properties.
I take pride in my ability to listen to my client’s desires and needs, and guide them through the transaction process from start to finish, and beyond.
Within 15 years in the industry, client satisfaction is my highest priority, which I achieve partly with my wide knowledge of the market as well as negotiating skills. I always put my clients’ interests first.
