I am Lize Nell. I have been in the property market since I can remember. Growing up with a mother who had her own Realty company, I couldn’t have chosen otherwise. I learned from the best!
I permanently relocated from SA to Mozambique in 1999. Although that was a huge step, I have no regrets whatsoever. I started my own Realty company in 2003 and I have never looked back. The people were awesome and I managed to learn the local language (Portuguese) in 3 years!
Currently armed with over 27 years of Real Estate experience in my beautiful country Mozambique and working for the best company ever, I am delighted to walk the road with all my new clients. Matola City and surroundings has always my focus and have a very broad understanding of the market.
I always try to do my utmost best for my clients concerning budgets and negotiations so both parties walk out with the best deal and satisfied. I have a large clientele data base with a lot of them being repeat clients over the years thus always have a backup should a client need something that is not readily available. My clients have entrusted in me and most times phone me just to get inputs on their properties as well as Market value evaluations.
My passion is gardening, animals (I volunteer in the local animal shelter), volunteering and assisting orphanages and extreme sports.
I am that person who goes the extra mile to make a client happy!
