Hi, my name is Nondumiso Melane(Ndumi), I come from the Beauty Industry, with over 15years of experience. I have worked in various upmarket Spas in Cape Town and Gauteng. In 2019 I left South Africa for Europe, while there I enrolled for a basic Interior Design Course, then COVID hit and I couldn’t continue with the course. In 2021 I returned home and went back into working in a Spa and only lasted 6months.
I have always had an interest in Real Estate, on Sundays I would randomly take a drive and visit On Show properties. One day i asked the Agent on Show house about becoming a Real Estate Agent, she was very informative. At the time I couldn't afford not to have an income for Six months, so I had to put that on hold.
Two years later, I am now a Candidate Property Practitioner at PGP Group, an opportunity which I do not take for granted. It is exciting and scary at the same time, because it’s a new territory for me, however, it's also a challenge that I am up for. I am looking forward to assisting my future clients find their forever homes as well as assist in selling homes which they lived in for decades. I believe in quality client service and professionalism.
I am a resident of my designated area, The Moot. This area has something for everyone, more especially families with School going children.
I enjoy taking long walks around my neighbourhood in the evenings as well as visiting Coffee Shops in some mornings. On occassional weekends, my children and I, we go on a Parkrun or Hike. I also love cooking, so I can take pictures of my food to post on Instagram,
