Good day, I am Syndy van Dyk and I have been working with Pam Golding Properties since July 2015. I specialise in sales and rentals Lydenburg area. When I’m not doing that, I enjoy gardening, art and spending time with my family and friends. I take great pride in what I do and always strive to take into consideration my client’s needs and wants. I am currently an intern estate agent at Pam Golding Properties in Lydenburg, at this moment am doing my Logbook with the EAAB and after I will complete my NQF4 with the EAAB. I have a strong personality and also strive to get the best for my clients. I try my best to provide the best service I can give. I’m a friendly person and I will take your needs in consideration, I will get the best solution on what your needs are in property. I work with a strong professional team and would personally refer them to any seller or buyer.  

In addition to my real estate experience I have also worked and hold qualifications in Public Relations and VIP Payroll Administrator. I am very proud to say that I was recently awarded for Best Rental Agent in the Franchise Group since January 2016. I like going out with clients and getting that special commercial or residential property they are looking for. I love working with the best qualified estate agency and always strive to uphold the great Pam Golding name.

I have been married now for more than 5 years and have 2 beautiful children. I enjoy being a mother and spending time with my wonderful family and friends. I love animals and enjoy watching art as well as love to do arts and crafts. I also enjoy being around people that inspire me and that makes a joke every now and then.
