After ten years in the trade as a full status real estate agent with Pam Golding Properties, my passion for people, property and networking has all but waned. I was born and raised in Pretoria where I have three wonderful boys and a husband who is also in the real estate industry as a land surveyor. I studied Afrikaans, English and French at school. I have also been a newspaper journalist, industrial editor, marketer and networker.
I marketed the Dullstroom area and its surrounds for 21 years before moving to Paardeplaats farm on the Longtom Pass, in Lydenburg. I am very involved in my local community, business chamber, BNI, wine guide, photography club, local church and freelance journalism group. I am also a private French tutor. I have successfully completed my PPRE board exam, NQF4 and PDE4 qualifications. I have also completed a Certificate course in Sectional Title, Diploma in Marketing Management, BA Hons in French and a Diploma in Digital Marketing.
Some of my career highlights include starting my own media marketing business called “The Word Shop” and was awarded Industrial Editor of the Year. I also helped in putting Dullstroom on the map with ongoing marketing initiatives as well as establishing a popular annual Business Directory for Lydenburg and Mashishing that is now in its 5th year.
I am a people oriented individual, fully qualified real estate agent and set on empowering both buyers and sellers alike with knowledge of the market trends as well as the process of buying and selling a property. I strongly believe in building relationships that go way beyond buying a house. Living in a small town makes it easy and a personal challenge in helping people integrate into a community that could appear to be close-knit to an outsider.
