Good day, I’m Andreas Greeff and I’ve been working with Pam Golding Properties since 2004. I manage the Lydenburg, Burgersfort, Graskop and Sabie offices and assist the agents in residential and farm sales in Lydenburg, Burgersfort and surrounding areas. My career started in 2004 as an estate agent after completing my Board Exam in March 2004. I started by specialising in full title residential properties and after a few years I started with farm properties and today I have a wide knowledge of farms in my area. I do market related valuations with years of experience and knowledge. I also achieved Gold Club status and was awarded for my 10 years’ service with Pam Golding Properties. In addition to that I have also been awarded for Introduction to Basic Architectural Photography and Payprop.
What I love most about working in the real estate industry is the fact that I get to communicate with my sellers on a personal level. I truly enjoy meeting new people on a daily basis and thrive on the day to day challenges. I love working with farm properties and to see what is going on with the economics of South Africa. One of my most memorable sales was a beautiful guesthouse in Machabodorp. I am a team leader and absolutely love to motivate all my agents.
When I’m not assisting clients or my agents I like to play a game of golf and communicate with people on the golf course. My family means the world to me and I just love spending my free time with them. I am also involved with sport activities at the Lydenburg primary school.
