“Trust comes when promise meets performance.”
Hi, I am Madelein and I’ve been working with Pam Golding Properties since April 2016. I am currently a qualified Property Practitioner and specialise in the Lydenburg, Sterkspruit area. My loyalty, commitment and soft ear, will help you find the ideal property for you. My love of art and architecture helps me to appreciate beautiful houses. My positive attitude and work ethic will guide you in the process of successfully acquiring property. Get in touch so we can start the process!
Home-schooling two children definitely shaped me to think out of the box. As a qualified teacher I had to chance and develop with my children in a new way of thinking. Spoon-feeding was not an option, rather finding answers yourself and interesting ways to learn. During my high school career I participated in a variety of activities. My musical side was developed with piano and flute lessons, school choir and four years in the Northern Transvaal Youth Choir. This was balanced with participation in hockey, Voortrekkers and the girls drilling platoon.
I matriculated in Pretoria and set off to a year in George, being chosen country wide as one of only 200 girls to join the South African Woman’s Army college, in 1990. Here I was awarded sharpest student during basic training. I also received Western Province Regional colours in sharpshooting. In 1991, I started my tertiary degree in arts, BA(ed) Art. After completion of this, I was blessed to receive a permanent position at Pretoria North High School. Four years of building into children was a privilege. My portfolio includes a colourful array of different activities, like student art exhibitions, organising a matric fair well, hockey coach and organiser, and many fund raisings.
At the end of 1994 we relocated to Phalaborwa, where both my children were born, and where my home schooling journey began in a community of Christian-home schooling families. Stepping out in faith brought my husband and I to Steelpoort in 2005. Since then I have been part of the Lydenburg community, and worship team at Living Word church. I have also been a part of Elijah House team for 6 years, working to heal emotional scars. We moved to Lydenburg during 2013, and for now has settled here.
I have qualified as a goldclub agent for the last 5 years. I was runner up in the Agent of the year in 2019, and winner of this award in 2022.
