I am a real estate sales and administration professional with 24 years of experience in the real estate profession and registered as a professional estate agent by the Estate Agents Affairs Board. I am trained in and experience in all facets of the real estate profession and associated financial, administration, legislative and legal practices, regulations and standards.

Punctuality is of the utmost importance to me as an estate agent. I am privileged to serve clients with due care and professionalism. I have skilled knowledge in the real estate code of conduct, ethics and professional practices. I also have a wide understanding of conveyancing, property law and related processes. I am passionate about the real estate profession. I am an honest, trustworthy and reliable person, which believes in doing it right the first time.

I believe in respect and professionalism at all times, and it shows in my work ethic. I have excellent listening skills and can determine the needs and preferences of my clients. I am also sensitive to body language and communication, addressing special concerns, ensuring consistent regular communications to keep all stakeholders informed, negotiating pricing and leading the signing of contracts as well as agreements.

I manage the entire sales life circle. I develop new business, secure mandates, fielding, responding to calls as well as respond to advertising and having meetings with prospective buyers and sellers. I am originally from the East Cape Province, the city of East London and relocated to Gauteng two years ago. I have since then been in Krugersdorp and haven’t looked back.
