Natalie Xenophou

Hi, I’m Natalie and I have been working with Pam Golding Properties since 2014. I specialise in sales and residential Real Estate in Krugersdorp. My main areas include Monument, Kenmare, Mindalore, Breauanda and Featherbrooke Estate. When I’m not doing that, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends. I am passionate, driven and enjoy a challenge. I also believe in honesty, integrity and being straight forward. Get in touch and let’s discuss how I can help you with your property requirements.

I have been in this industry for 2 years and in that time I have successfully completed my NQF4 in Real Estate. I am currently looking to further my studies to increase my qualifications and broaden my horizons. The most notable sale I have achieved was selling a home in 3 days! I strive to better myself in my career so that I can assist my clients in making an informed decision when it comes to selling or buying a home. Throughout my career, I have always surrounded myself with people. Service is my number 1 priority and I love helping my clients with their beautiful homes.

I provide my clients with expert advice and guide them through the selling and buying process. I was born in Windhoek, Namibia. I grew up enjoying the simple things in life, but it was all about quality and not quantity. I completed my high school years in Johannesburg. I am married with two beautiful children, who make me so proud. Family time is very important to me, so I try to balance my career and family life as best as I can. I believe that a first impression is a lasting impression, so I will always give 100%. I take pride in being an Estate Agent and will always provide service excellence!
