Hi, I’m Svelka Sharp and I’ve been working with Pam Golding Properties since August 2014. I specialise in the sale of residential properties in Knysna.

Post school saw me studying advertising and graphic design. Even though I worked in advertising for many years, I came from a family of property developers, the love for property was always there and this eventually saw me changing the direction of my career and going into property sales in 2009.

I trained under a great agent who always formed the most amazing relationships with his clients, no matter who they were or where they came from. His theory as an agent was to make every client feel comfortable, make them feel important by communicating at their level whether you are selling a property valued at R500k or a property valued at R10 million.

My love of people has stood me in good stead for this exciting industry. Personal relationships are a necessity. Once you form a relationship with someone and they are able to connect with you as an individual; they trust you and allow you to guide them on their property journey. To be a great real estate agent you need to be a multitude of things: hard working, reliable, honest, diligent, and knowledgeable. With all of that, success comes.

When I am not doing property, I am a mommy of two amazing kids, I also enjoy the outdoors with friends. Running, cycling and paddling - Life is busy and fulfilled. My love for the outdoors has certainly taken me to some spectacular places in our country, saying that ... Knysna is the ultimate outdoor playground!
