Hi I'm Nicola Reardon
I have been with Pam Golding Properties Knysna since 2014, specialising in residential property sales across some of Knysna’s most sought-after areas, including Thesen Islands, the Knysna Quays, Leisure Isle, Rexford and Hunter's Home.
With more than a decade of experience in the Knysna property market, I have developed a strong understanding of the local residential landscape, from waterfront and lifestyle homes to family properties. I combine in-depth local market knowledge with a genuine passion for connecting people with the right property and delivering a professional, personalised service throughout the buying and selling journey.
My approach is built on expertise, integrity and personal service, with a strong focus on understanding my clients’ individual needs and achieving the best possible outcome for them.
My career in real estate began as an intern with Pam Golding Properties, and by late 2017 I had qualified as a full-status estate agent. Before entering the property industry, I worked in Human Resources at Investec Asset Management and later owned and managed my own business for five years. These experiences developed my people skills, commercial understanding and ability to build lasting client relationships.
Early in my real estate career, I was honoured to be named “Rookie of the Year” for Pam Golding Properties’ Eastern Cape and Garden Route regions. I have since achieved Goldclub status, recognising continued performance and commitment within the business.
