Good day, I am Alwina Muggeridge and I’ve been working with Pam Golding Properties since 2011. I’m the Franchisee for Kloof and Hillcrest, with 27 agents reporting to me. We specialise in rentals and sales of residential and commercial property in our area of the Upper Highway. Our areas of focus are the exclusive estates of Le Domaine, Cotswold Downs, Clifton Hill, 101 Acutts, Plantations, and Kirtlington. I acquired the Pam Golding Properties franchise in 2011 and have grown the business from strength to strength. I started with 5 agents and today, we have 19 agents in our team. We’ve grown and increased our presence and high standard of working ethics and market share in the area.

My career began over 20 years ago having had my own business in Pretoria “Unique Cane & Interiors”, I joined the real estate market where I achieved notable successes in property negotiations. My experience and expertise in décor and client service, combined with a passion for detail, ensures a "bulls-eye" approach to selling your property or finding your dream home. I guarantee a unique service to each of our clients, executed through my efficient, energetic and tenacious manner. We pride ourselves in our after-hours service, ensuring we are available at every moment for our clients during the buying and selling process.
