I have been with Pam Golding Properties since 2009 and 4 years ago relocated to George in the Western Cape where I reside and specialise in full title residential property sales in Kingswood Golf Estate. I eat, sleep, work and play properties and my favourite “out-door-office” of course, the golf course.
Pam Golding Properties is my happy place where I get to live out my dream and do what I am obsessed about, succeed, and be recognised for. My passion is combining people and properties to hearts and homes. Since I joined Pam Golding Properties, I achieved Top Selling Agent in the Franchise segment once and Gold Club Status eight times. At a young age I became involved with properties in the banking industry through financing properties, and also the Repo side of properties.
I have 25 years’ experience in the real estate industry and have successfully completed my EAAB Board Exam as well as my NQF4 real estate qualification. As a qualified and well-experienced real estate broker, I offer my clients a stress-free and smooth real estate experience. I pay attention to their needs, react according to that, and then match my clients with the correct properties to suit their needs.
I absolutely love what I do and making my clients happy.
Satisfaction to my other interests I get from interacting with people with the same enthusiasm as me. I find photography to be a fine art and it brings out creativity as well as contributes to better my skills in the work environment.
I started horse riding at a very young and wild age but settled down and now riding out in the fields appreciating the memory of discipline and perseverance I have learned from this. Living in Kingswood Golf Estate, brings me the joy of expanding my working environment to my “outdoor office” which gives me the opportunity to meet prospect clients on the course.
