Hi, I am Steve and I have been an Estate Agent in Kenton on Sea and Boesmansriviermond (Bushmans) for over 10 years. I joined the Pam Golding team in 2018, but spent most of my life in Johannesburg working in the ICT and Telecoms industry.
I am a Certified Director, registered with the Institute of Directors, but my passion is property. Many years ago, in the early 1980’s I worked in the property industry as a property manager in the early days of the sectional tittle industry and now I am the area expert for Boesmansriviermond (Bushman’s) and Riversbend.
I love the small town environment and am active in the local Rotary Club and I serve on the Chamber of Business and tourism organisation. I love meeting people and finding them the perfect home but to do this, I have involved myself in all aspects of life in our villages. My local network is extensive and it is wonderful to be immersed in the “barefoot capital of the world”.
I believe that knowledge is the key to success and so I am always happy to learn and in doing so provide my clients with the best possible service. I take great pleasure when both sellers and buyers say they are happy. Many of these people have become my close friends.
