Michael Wilmot

Hello, I am Michael and I have been the Franchise Principal of Pam Golding Properties, Kenton on Sea, since 1998. I specialise in residential property developments and farm sales. I completed the CEA board exam in 1987, and have a BCom Business degree. 

Our team is passionate about promoting prestigious properties along the Sunshine Coast. We understand that buying or selling a home is more than just a transaction: it's a life-changing experience. When I am not servicing the needs of my clients, I am taking advantage of the outdoor activities available right on our doorstep; boating or deep-sea fishing. I am an active member of our community and am a founding member of the Kenton on Sea Rotary Club. I understand the importance of providing our residents and tourists an exclusive lifestyle in the area and have served on the board of various community organisations for many years such as Sunshine Coast Tourism and Kenton/Bushman’s Chamber of Business.
