Hi, I’m Alan, with a proud lifelong connection to Kenton-on-Sea and a passionate property professional with Pam Golding Properties since 2017.
I specialise in short-term residential property letting across Kenton-on-Sea, Bushmans River, Riversbend, Merryhill, Kenton Eco Estate and Nature’s Landing. With an in-depth understanding of our local area, I help homeowners maximise the potential of their properties while ensuring guests enjoy a memorable stay in one of the Eastern Cape’s most beautiful coastal destinations.
Having grown up with strong family roots in Kenton-on-Sea dating back to the early 1930s, I have a genuine appreciation for what makes our community so special. I love the relaxed, laid-back lifestyle of our villages and, whenever I get the opportunity, I enjoy spending time on our magnificent, unspoiled beaches.
Community is also an important part of who I am. I was a Member of Round Table Southern Africa for 18 years, with 2 further Honorary Years thereafter. I am currently a Member of the Rotary Club of Kenton, and have served on the Board of Directors for 2 years. I also serve on the Board of the Kenton-on-Sea Chamber of Business and Tourism. Being actively involved in our community has given me an even greater appreciation of the people, businesses and unique character that make our area such a special place to live and visit.
Many of my homeowners live outside the area, and some even live overseas. I understand the trust that comes with managing someone’s home from a distance. That’s why I treat every property as if it were my own, with care, attention to detail and a commitment to providing exceptional personal service.
I hold NQF Level 4 and Level 5 qualifications in Real Estate and am completing my PDE5 Real Estate examinations. I believe that combining formal qualifications with years of practical experience and local knowledge enables me to provide clients with informed, professional and dependable advice.
