I am Shay Maharaj, 2 years ago I ventured into the unknown not knowing what I would find, and then one day real estate called out to me, and without hesitation took the risk, there’s not a day I would give it up, not only for the amazing connections I formed along the way, but the vast knowledge and lifestyle change it has given me.
On the 8th of August 2022, I joined, Lew Geffen Sotheby’s International Realty in Ballito, KZN where I first started my career in Real Estate, as well as completing my NQF 4 and Logbook only 9 months into my career.
In January 2024, I moved to Kempton Park to be closer to family and to start a new adventure thus joining Pam Golding working alongside my aunt Nirvana Maharaj who has been with Pam Golding for over 20 years. I come from a family background of panel beaters and transitioning into Real Estate was not an easy path, but I never gave up. After having joined Pam Golding, I went on to write my PDE 4 thus making me now a Full -Status Property Practitioner, it was a stressful and nerve-wrecking experience as well as an interesting and eventful one. It is my dream to help individuals and families bring change and vision into their lives.
My warmth and admiration is the core reason I am able to connect with the community of Glen Erasmia as well as the surrounding suburbs.
