Hey there, I am Tshidi Masite.
I am a passionate real estate professional with over 14 years of experience in the property industry. Since joining Pam Golding Properties in 2012, I have specialised in residential property sales in Kempton Park and the surrounding areas, helping clients navigate one of the most important decisions of their lives.
Before entering the real estate industry, I spent almost 20 years in the banking sector, gaining extensive experience across various departments, including International Export and Import Banking, as well as Vostro and Nostro accounts. This experience provided me with a strong foundation in customer service and taught me the value of patience, effective communication, attention to detail and, most importantly, understanding and responding to each client's individual needs.
I have carried these principles throughout my real estate career. I understand that buying or selling a home is a deeply personal journey, and I believe every client deserves to feel heard, understood and supported from the initial consultation through to the successful completion of the transaction. I pride myself on delivering service excellence and making the property journey as seamless and stress-free as possible.
What I enjoy most about real estate is the people. I genuinely enjoy meeting new people, building lasting relationships and helping clients achieve their property goals. There is a unique sense of fulfilment in helping a buyer find a place they can truly call home, and seeing the excitement when they discover the right property is one of the most rewarding aspects of my profession.
I am also committed to continuous professional development and expanding my knowledge of the property sector. I have recently been accepted to study for a Bachelor of Business Administration in Property Practices, which will allow me to complement my years of practical experience with formal academic knowledge and further strengthen my expertise in the real estate industry.
Outside of my professional life, I enjoy hosting family and friends, creating special moments and spending quality time with the people I care about. I also enjoy baking, which allows me to unwind and be creative, as well as reading when I need some quiet time.
