Hi, my name is Olina Soci, your Kempton Park Area Specialist who’s passionate about giving you that “aha!” moment concerning real estate so you can live the remarkable life you’re created to live.
Amongst other educational qualifications, I hold an MDP from Stellenbosch University and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Durban University of Technology with over 12 years of experience in the real estate industry as an investor. I recently joined Pam Golding Properties as a real estate agent. I began my career in 2001 as an electrical technician and worked in that industry for 14 years while simultaneously being involved in properties.
In the early 90s my parents joined the taxi industry business, it was from that exposure that I developed a love for running my own business, I found myself in sales while even employed, I’ve sold from something small as kitchen utensils to personal care. I am a mother of two amazing children, our home hosts a lovely bubbly jack russel puppy.
When I am off work and not traveling with my family to scenery or adventure holiday destinations, I’ll be relaxing at home reading non-fiction and self-help books or watching biographical and research documentaries. Outdoor activities such as jogging, hiking, and picnics are inseparable from me. Self-care dates with my small circle of friends are also great moments for me to unwind.
The years I spend in the Energy industry helped me gain important skills that allows me to navigate challenges in the real estate industry with ease and be able to provide excellent service to clients. I take pride in my ability to listen more, my strong work ethic, and my positive attitude toward life in general. I strongly believe life is energy, after all, the energy stored in is the energy released.
My goal in real estate is for each client to feel that I am trustworthy enough for them to be comfortable and at ease that their process of buying or selling will be a smooth one for them by providing updates according to their preferences so I can see them get that “aha!” moment which brings a sense of satisfaction for meeting client’s needs and/or wants.
