Hi, I am Liezel Els, and I’ve just joined Pam Golding Properties as a fully qualified property practitioner, specialising in residential property sales in Uitenhage and Despatch. My journey in this industry began in 2003, and over the years, I’ve had the privilege of helping countless families and individuals find a place to call home. For me, this work isn’t just about sales—it’s about building connections and making a real difference in people’s lives, too.
I grew up in a bustling city, but life had other plans for me, leading me to a small town where the rhythm is slower, and the air feels fresher. Living here has taught me to appreciate life’s simple joys. I love spending time at home, whether I’m playing with my mischievous but adorable dogs, losing myself in a gripping book, or tidying up my space—it’s my way of finding peace and balance. I often joke that if I’m not at home, I’m probably making myself comfortable in someone else’s home, helping them navigate the exciting and sometimes overwhelming process of buying or selling property.
One moment that will always stick in my mind is the time I worked with a young couple who were looking for their first home. They had a long list of must-haves and a modest budget, and we visited house after house without finding the right fit. One day, I stumbled upon a quaint, sunlit home that had everything they wanted—and a little something extra. Seeing their faces light up as they walked in was one of those moments that reaffirmed why I do what I do. It wasn’t just about closing a deal; it was about helping them start a new chapter in their lives.
I’m deeply invested in understanding my clients’ needs. This means spending quality time getting to know them—their dreams, their concerns, and even their quirks. I’ve been told I tend to lose track of time when I’m focused on a task, and that’s true. Whether it’s finding the perfect property or helping a seller highlight the charm of their home, I give it my all until the job is done.
At my core, I’m a relationship-builder, not a salesperson. I believe in the power of trust and authenticity. Every home has a story, and so does every client. My role is to weave those stories together in a way that feels seamless and meaningful.
