Hi, my name is Caroline, and I’ve been with Pam Golding Properties in Nairobi, Kenya, since April 2015. I currently serve as the Residential Rentals Manager, leading a dedicated team while helping clients navigate the rental market with confidence and ease.
When I’m not supporting my team or delivering exceptional service to our clients, you’ll find me hiking, spending time with my kids, or enjoying a good movie. I also love taking long drives through Kenya’s lush, magical countryside.
One of the things I enjoy most about my role is witnessing the ever-changing landscape of the areas we serve. The transformation of expansive coffee plantations into thriving residential communities reflects the growing demand for quality housing, and it’s exciting to be part of an industry that continues to evolve. It is incredibly rewarding to guide both clients and my team through changing market conditions while ensuring every interaction is delivered with a personal touch.
Having worked in the pharmaceutical sales industry for many years, I understand that product knowledge is everything. A deep understanding of the property market, combined with expertise, strong leadership, and a genuine passion for what you do, creates lasting relationships built on trust. My clients and team can rely on my honesty, transparency, and unwavering commitment to professionalism.
Since joining the company, I have consistently exceeded my performance targets and have been recognised for my achievements throughout my career. Reaching over KES 1 billion in sales volume was a significant milestone, and I was honoured to receive the coveted Rookie Agent of the Year award before achieving GoldClub status in my second year with the business. These experiences continue to shape the guidance and mentorship I provide today.
Today, my focus is on leading our residential rentals division while ensuring every client receives expert advice and exceptional service. I understand that finding the right home—particularly for families relocating to Kenya or navigating an unfamiliar market—can be both exciting and challenging. My goal is to make that journey as seamless and rewarding as possible.
The property market is constantly evolving, making it essential to have experienced professionals who can educate and guide clients so they can make informed decisions.
