With extensive experience across real estate, business management and entrepreneurship, I am a Master Property Practitioner, hold a Real Estate Principal qualification and serve as a Sales Mentor for Pam Golding Properties across Alberton, Johannesburg South and Lenasia. I specialize in residential property in Glenvista, New Redruth and Raceview, where I bring local knowledge, industry experience and a strong understanding of the property market to every client and professional I work with.
My career has been shaped by a diverse range of business and management experiences. I began with administrative roles before becoming an entrepreneur and establishing South Africa's first computer rental company. I later worked in identification card and access control systems, followed by 10 years running my own access control and promotional business. This was followed by a further 10 years managing a security business before I entered the real estate industry as a property agent.
Over the past 20 years, my career has evolved from property sales into real estate management, leadership and mentorship. This progression has given me a broad understanding of the industry and the many factors that contribute to a successful property business, from client relationships and sales to operational management, professional development and leadership.
As a Master Property Practitioner and Sales Mentor, I believe that experience is only valuable when it is continually developed. Real estate is an ever-changing industry, and I remain committed to expanding my knowledge, refining my expertise and staying informed about the evolving needs of the market and my clients.
My approach is centred on professionalism, reliability and service. Whether assisting a client with a property transaction or mentoring a property professional, I aim to provide clear, informed guidance and to be someone people can depend on. I believe that outstanding service is built on knowledge, integrity, consistency and a genuine commitment to achieving the best possible outcome.
I am also passionate about developing people within the real estate profession. As a Sales Mentor, I enjoy sharing the knowledge and experience I have gained throughout my career and helping property practitioners grow their confidence, skills and understanding of the industry.
Outside of real estate, I am a theologian and draw inspiration from the deeper principles and meaning that it brings to my life. I also enjoy exercise, reading and hiking, while spending quality time with family and friends remains an important part of my life.
