I am Welcome Ndlovu, a Property Consultant with Pam Golding Properties at the Hyde Park office in Johannesburg, specialising in residential and commercial property in Johannesburg CBD, Braamfontein, Braamfontein Werf, Brixton, Crosby, Mayfair and Bezuidenhout Valley.
Before moving into property, I worked in accounting and finance, and that training shapes the advice I give. When working with sellers and buyers, I work from the evidence: recent comparable sales, rental income, the costs of ownership and the return a buyer or investor can realistically expect.
My seven suburbs lie close together in and around central Johannesburg, yet they offer very different property options, from apartments and student accommodation to freestanding family homes, commercial buildings and properties with redevelopment potential. Because I work across all of them, I can compare opportunities side by side and show clients which option best suits their budget and goals.
