Hi, I’m Pat Dempster and I have been with Pam Golding Properties since 1999. I specialise in sales in Rivonia, Woodmead and Khyber Rock. I hold my NQF4, RPL and Fidelity Fund Certificates providing my clients with piece of mind, not only with my years of experience but my thorough understanding of the real estate industry too.
I have been exceeding client’s expectations for the better half of 30 years, and have been with Pam Golding Properties for a successful 17 of them. My colleagues and I recently shattered the glass ceiling in Rivonia selling an R8.8 million home, maintaining our record of selling the highest price in the area. I have been awarded National Top 25, and proudly boast I have achieved Gold Club Elite for 17 consecutive years.
