I am Morningside Agent, Lara Nathan

Hi, I am Lara Nathan and I’ve been working with Pam Golding Properties since 2010. I specialise in residential sales in Morningside, Sandown, Sandton and Strathavon. When I’m not doing that I enjoy spending with my family and love travelling and seeing the world.

I hold my NQF4 in Real Estate, and am a member of IEASA. I have obtained my Bachelor of Technology Marketing degree, along with a UCT Sectional Title Specialist Realtor.

I have been in the property industry for 19 years and it has always been my true passion. I love meeting new people, and matching homes to the right buyers. There are so many intriguing aspects to property; the way they are designed and built, the finishes, the flow, position and surroundings, and those that are the ideal fixer uppers that buyers renovate and create their dream homes. There are endless possibilities with homes that need renovation or a face-lift, and I love seeing a buyer’s vision become a reality. 

In my first year in Real Estate I sold sectional title properties and was the top sectional title agent in the company.  After a few successful years in Real Estate I managed 2 offices, and although they were both successful offices and our market share grew by more than double in my time as a manager, I missed sales and the drive and excitement in matching homes to the right buyers and chose to go back into sales for the same company. I was confident the 2 offices were left in a successful and strong position, and I had succeeded in making them as such.    

I continued to grow with the company and later joined Pam Golding Properties, where my success and strength in the market place continued to grow. I achieved Gold Club status in my first year and every year since, maintaining high levels of sales and most importantly, servicing my clients and giving them the best possible sales and after sales experience and building up a referral base which is what every successful agent strives for – then you know you are delivering excellent levels of service and the best sales experience.

When I’m not at work, I am with my family who are my rock, my joy and pride and who give me unconditional support in what I do, and the time that what I do requires of me.
