My name is Kathryn (better known as Kass) Bunkell, I joined Pam Golding Properties in January 2021 and it has been my good fortune to have been successfully practising real estate agent for nearly 40 years.

Recognising Pam Golding Properties as our country's leading agency, I accepted an offer to join the company. I had established myself as a dominant sales participant at my company, consistently winning multiple awards as the leading agent in units sold, market share and individual national turnover.

I aim to preserve my well-established record of success at Pam Golding Properties where I have been given the privilege of continuing to operate in my preferred suburban areas of Craighall, Craighall Park and Hurlingham. I've built many relationships of trust, uncompromised levels of honesty, integrity and professionalism with both buyers and sellers.

Matching buyers and sellers to the right residential properties has been my passion for most of my working life. I have a compelling interest in the residential property market and I dedicated myself to the business less than 10 years after qualifying as a teacher at Rhodes University in Grahamstown. Among my most satisfying accomplishments was selling a property in Hurlingham for a record price of R21-million. I believe that quality is the result of high intention, sincere effort, intelligent direction and skillful execution. These are the principles that I have constantly adhered to and which have underscored the positive relationships of probity and trust with both sellers and buyers.
