Hello, I'm Anne and I have been on the Pam Golding Properties team in Stellenbosch since 2008. I am proud to call the gorgeous and historically-rich town of Stellenbosch my home, where I have lived with my family for twelve years. Some of my most enjoyed leisure activities include painting, hiking to discover another photo-worthy view, reading and spending downtime with family and friends.
In real estate, however, my specialties include residential rentals, as well as sales in the Stellenbosch area. I have eight years’ experience in the rental and sales markets in Stellenbosch – so having lived here for all these years has come in handy when it comes to guiding and advising homeowners.
Through hard work and dedication I have been fortunate to reach Gold Club status on numerous occasions. I also pride myself in my ability to secure repeat business from my landlords and tenants, as well as with buyers and sellers.
I have also been involved in two of the schools in the area, as my son attends Paul Roos, and my daughter attends Rhenish. Having raised my children here also equips me with family entertainment suggestions for families new to the area.
