Hello, I am Marti and I have been in the real estate industry doing sales and rentals since 2001. I have continued working during several property market changes and have had the opportunity to work in several areas, learning and understanding the differences each area brings. I joined Pam Golding Properties, Hyde Park Letting Office in March 2017. I moved to the Northcliff office in January 2019 and worked in Rentals in the Fairland, Northcliff, Linden and Surrounding Areas. I moved back to the Hyde Park Letting Office on the 1st September 2026 doing rentals again in my previous areas.
I embarked on my career in property in 2001 whilst simultaneously writing my real estate board exam. I focused on residential property sales for several years before furthering my real estate knowledge and experience into the rentals side of the business for a further 5 years through my own business. I have maintained my real estate training through the EAAB/PPRA to ensure my insight into the industry is up to date and relevant. Through this commitment and dedicated learning, I have achieved Master Practitioner: Real Estate Status (mpre). Through running my own real estate business and operating in both the sales and rental side of property, I have a thorough understanding of all aspects of the industry. I pride myself in acknowledging and meeting the expectations of owners, sellers, tenants and landlords.
Another passion of mine is animals, with Yorkshire Terriers as my top favorite. These tiny little dogs are remarkably intelligent with a bundle of personality. They keep you down to earth with their quirky ways of communicating, just to remind you to always have fun. I hate to admit it, but I am easily manipulated by a tiny little creature less than 5kg, they are too beautiful!
