Hello, I am Lisa Sarnitz, a full status agent with over 15 years’ real estate experience, which started with buying my own properties 18 years ago and then renting them out. As a fully qualified real estate professional, I hold both NQF4 and PPRE certification. I am passionate about meeting new people and discovering new properties.
I specialise in beautiful Hout Bay and I have also worked in Sea Point and Camps Bay. I am extremely excited to be a part of this dynamic real estate company and look forward to continuing my successful career in property.
Negotiating a positive outcome for a client, or placing someone in their dream home is what keeps me excited about real estate – and I feel that my previous studies, teaching background and property ownership have provided an excellent grounding for success.
When I’m not immersed in the Hout Bay real estate market, I’m kept very busy by my family of four children, aged between ten and twenty years old. I love the ocean, mountains and walking and you will also often find me walking my dog on the beach.
