“A sense of humour combines well with a sense of purpose.”

Hi, I am Mino Coppola and I have been working for Pam Golding Properties Waterfall since 2010. I specialise in residential property homes and vacant land in Crestholme, Waterfall, Forest Hills, Kloof, Hillcrest, Summerveld, Assagay and Drummond. I enjoy football, having played professionally and I treasure time with my family. I have a Diploma in Civil Engineering and FETC (Real Estate PPRE). In 2015 I received the award for the most units sold in Kwa Zulu Natal. Get in touch and let’s discuss how I can help you with your property requirements.

My Career path to date has been the ideal training ground for this industry. The 3 of the 10 years I spent with Consulting Engineers were on a construction site near Colenso supervising the construction of a Major Bridge across the Tugela River. This is on the N3 route to Johannesburg. My duties included the control of the “Land surveying” and daily interaction with the Contractor. On completion of this contract I joined the “Family Business” which specialized in the manufacture of custom furniture and fittings including hand carving.

I managed this Business for approximately 20 years. Being a relatively small operation my duties ranged from Marketing to Furniture Design, and on occasion assisted with the installations. The very nature of our quality product gained us access to many exclusive homes in the greater Durban area. We acquired multi-level industrial building, this now entailed finding Tenants and managing the “Leases”. I subsequently sold this property “privately”. My next carrier move was for a period of 3 years as an accredited Investment Broker with ABSA Bank.

I enjoy meeting people and just love the diverse nature of the property business. I was privileged enough to play professional football during the Golden years of the National Football League in the early 1970’s. Soccer was at its most popular and highly competitive. I was selected for the “Continental” team in 1974 and played in the “Multi National” tournament. We went on to win and this was the first official inter racial competition. Before turning professional I was also fortunate to play for a South African University Selected Team. I have since enjoyed coaching.

Live Remarkable.
