Hi, I am Kathy Leipold. I have had the privilege and honour of working within the sales environment for the past 27 years. I love the energy, challenge and excitement of not knowing what lies around the next corner. My initial years included being a medical representative for multinational pharmaceutical companies, and thereafter I had my own floristry and retail business for 20 years which involved securing corporate tenders.
I sell properties to a wide range of clients in the Hermanus area. I am motivated and driven to achieve my goals, and service excellence is my priority. I strive to create a seamless and enjoyable transaction for all parties. My passion for both property and people makes it a natural habit for me to go the extra mile to achieve client satisfaction. I pride myself on individualizing my service in line with my client's needs and being able to adapt to different personality types. I believe in thorough communication and follow-up with clients as well as transparency and honesty with all parties.
When not selling homes, you can find me enjoying time in the kitchen, creating delicious meals, admiring the foliage on the cliff path or traveling. Friends and family are a priority in my life.
