I am Hermanus agent, Allan Lötter

I was born in the Karoo where my father was a regional magistrate. We moved to Bethlehem in the Eastern Free State where we lived until we moved to Hermanus as a family. I went to Truida Kestell Primary School where I was elected head boy. I matriculated at Voortrekker High School and represented the school in rugby, cricket and chess.

I achieved my BA ED degree, majoring in English, Afrikaans and Psychology at the University of the Orange Free State  in Bloemfontein and after this I worked for three years, traveling in Israel, the Netherlands, UK and Scotland.

I have always had an interest in property as my mother has been doing this for the past 30 years . I have been practising as an estate agent for the past thirteen years in Hermanus at a prominent and professional concern where I had a very good education in real estate.

Some of my personal interests are art, motor vehicles, music and travelling.

I have a passion for the real estate sector and I am sure that I am well equipped to match potential purchasers to their dream property.

I treasure living in Hermanus with my family and I consider it a blessing to live in this beautiful environment.
