I am Waynne van der Westhuizen and I have been involved with the Pam Golding Group since purchasing the Hartbeespoort regional Pam Golding Properties Franchise in 2010. Over the past fourteen years, we have established ourselves as one of the top property agencies in our area. This success has been a direct result of a combination of dedicated teamwork and well-qualified agents, who love what they do and are committed to representing both themselves, our agency, and the Pam Golding Properties brand professionally and responsibly at every level.
As a team, we operate in the greater Hartbeespoort and Brits area, where we provide our clients with property advice and related services, sales, and rentals of residential properties and farms. We also do market-related property evaluations and can assist in commercial ventures. I am very proud to share that our franchise has been awarded the National Franchise of the Year seven times during our relatively short involvement with Pam Golding Properties. We take absolute pride in assisting our clients by going the ‘extra mile’ and always putting their needs first.
On a personal level, I am passionate about property, hence my involvement in the real estate industry. The interaction with a diverse client base is what makes my daily task filled with interest and excitement, as well as the ever-changing challenge of matching each individual client’s property needs with the perfect home. I have been around the real estate industry since childhood as my father was a property developer himself and I sometimes ask myself why I never made the move full-time into the business much earlier in my life.
Although slightly late on the tee, I now have a total of seventeen years of experience in the real estate industry and have loved every moment of it! I have backed up my enthusiasm for the business with the necessary academic ‘paperwork’ and have completed both my NQF5 as well as my Master Practitioner in Real Estate and in support of this I have also achieved a certificate in Sales Management at Damelin.
What I love most about working in the real estate industry is the fact that I get to witness the satisfaction of my sellers and buyers, once the property has been transferred successfully and then meet with them to confirm the completed transaction, or to hand them a personal gift to welcome them into their new home. Being a sportsman and living in a beautiful part of our country, I enjoy running in the tranquil surrounds, mountain bike riding through the beautiful Magaliesberg and Witwatersberg mountain ranges, and around the adjacent farms.
