I am Annika Oosthuizen, a Hartbeespoort property specialist with Pam Golding Properties, focusing on Leloko Estate, Magalies Golf Estate and River Club, The Coves and Westlake Country and Safari Estate.
My approach to property is grounded in something I have valued throughout my career: understanding people. Buying or selling a home is rarely just a transaction. It is a significant decision involving lifestyle, family, finances and future plans, and I believe clients deserve thoughtful advice, clear communication and careful attention to detail throughout the process.
Before entering property, I worked as an executive assistant to a managing director, where I developed strong skills in client liaison, organisation and problem solving. I later worked as a media analyst at a media monitoring firm, where accuracy, reputation and attention to detail were central to my role. These experiences continue to shape the way I work with property clients and protect the interests of all parties in a transaction.
Today, my focus is the Hartbeespoort property market and, in particular, the lifestyle estates I know and represent. Leloko Estate, Magalies Golf Estate and River Club, The Coves and Westlake Country and Safari Estate each offer their own character, from secure estate living and beautiful homes to golf, nature, water and the distinctive lifestyle surrounding Hartbeespoort Dam.
Living at the foot of the Magalies Mountain has given me a deep appreciation for the area and the lifestyle it offers. I enjoy the combination of nature, community and beautiful homes that makes Hartbeespoort such a special place to live.
