Good day, I’m Tom and have been with Pam Golding Properties since the middle of 2015 when I left from Seeff Properties. I specialise in residential property sales in the northern suburbs of Harare, where I have had notable success in achieving the best possible price for my clients. In my spare time I enjoy talking my family out of town and devoting my time to environmental causes. Get in touch and let’s discuss how I can help you.
I am a young and ambitious Zimbabwean born and bred, father of three. Having lived in South Africa and the United Kingdom for over 10 years during which I studied and worked, I have enjoyed bringing my expertise and knowledge home to Zimbabwe. I have a diverse contact base of clients both locally and in the diaspora which gives me an edge on the competition.
I have obtained a BA (Hons) in History and Politics at the Goldsmith Collage, University of London. I have also achieved a MSC in Violence, Conflict and Development achievement and SOAS School of Oriental and African Studies at the University of London. I am currently studying for my exams to qualify as a Registered Estate Agent. I have been working in the property industry since 2012 with Seeff Properties until I joined Pam Golding Properties last year in 2015.
My career highlights were in my first year at Seeff Zimbabwe where I was the second highest earning agent. Last year I sold one of the most expensive residential homes in Harare for US$1 100 000, however for me the highlight of my career is that whether I am dealing with a million dollar home or a one bedroom flats, my clients should always happy with my service. I always strive to do my best at all times and make sure my clients are satisfied with my work.
What I love most about working in the real estate industry is the fact that I love working with people and enjoy all the day to day challenges. I have a passion for property and for people. I am very lucky that my job allows me to interact with a wide variety of people and to bring their property dreams to life. I love that I get to meet new and interesting people on a daily basis, from young to old, it doesn’t matter. I absolutely love what I do and will always strive for perfection when working with my clients.
When I’m not assisting my clients I love and enjoy spending time with my family in the beautiful wilderness areas of Zimbabwe as such I am also an active member of several conservation societies. I am a keen gardener, who specialises in using plants such as succulents and aloes that require very little water. I am an honest, hardworking and professional individual. I strive to do my utmost best each day and to uphold the great and fantastic Pam Golding name!
