Hello! I’m Maggie Bornman of Pam Golding Properties in Gqeberha (formerly Port Elizabeth) in the beautiful Eastern Cape. I specialise in rentals: full title and sectional title properties in the charming suburbs of Mount Pleasant, Salisbury Park, Charlo, Broadwood, Lovemore Height, Lovemore Park, Walmer, Walmer Downs, and Greenfields.
When I moved to Port Elizabeth in 2015, I had already been in the real estate industry for more than 22 years. During this time, I was an agent and an administrator, achieving both my NQF4 and Professional Practitioner qualifications. I have also passed the PDE (Professional Designation Examination), and I am a full status agent with a valid Fidelity Fund Certificate.
A people’s person by nature, I love that my job involves interacting with all cultures and backgrounds, in all price brackets. I listen carefully to what my clients require and go as many extra miles as it takes to find the right property and negotiate the best price for all parties. When I’m not working, I love spending time with my family. Special time with my daughter and grandchildren are highlights!
