Hi, I am Justin Kreusch and I am proudly Pam Golding! I love what I do. After cutting my teeth in the residential sales market for a number of years I am now the managing partner for the Gqeberha office managing a team around 50. Although originally from East London where I grew up, I have been in Gqeberha permanently since 2007. I love the Eastern Cape and I am passionate about the ‘Friendly City’ with its diverse population, cultural heritage and beautiful beaches.
I have a history in professional sport and played professional cricket for 15 years. Although I retired in 2012, I have been with Pam Golding Properties since 2008. I always had an interest in property. Sport taught me discipline, work ethic, how to deal with failure and most importantly how to work well in a team environment. These are all attributes that I have applied to my career as a real estate professional. I love leadership roles and thrive in a team environment.
I love the challenge of growing the brand in Port Elizabeth, but more importantly helping my agents grow. I pride myself on giving the very best service possible and each client is treated like a person, not just another number on the sales chart. I love building relationships with my clients and team, relationships that will last for life.
I have completed my NQF Level 4 qualification as well as my Professional Designation Exam and hold the title of Professional Property Practitioner. I have held a Fidelity Fund Certificate (FFC) since 2008. I have achieved GoldClub status as a selling agent but what makes me most proud are the achievements of the office and the exceptional and consistent results of our sales team over the years, which have resulted in numerous awards.
When not in the office you will find me spending time with my family, riding my mountain bike, or walking on the beach.
