I am Anne Udemans, and I am proud to be a member of the Pam Golding Properties team in Gqeberha (formerly Port Elizabeth). My areas of specialisation and knowledge are the charming seaside suburbs of Bluewater Bay and Amsterdamhoek. A mere 30 minute drive from the Chief Dawid Stuurman International Airport, and just 25 minutes away from the world-renowned Addo National Elephant Park, these beautiful coastal enclaves allow for daily city and school commuting.
Growing up in this area, I enjoyed fishing with my dad, as well as boating, swimming, canoeing and summer evening riverside walks.
Now, years later, I have returned to my roots as an Intern Property Practitioner. I strive to stay up to date with the latest market trends so that I can help you maximise your investment by buying at the right time or pricing your property competitively. I offer over 35 years of experience in sales, marketing and management, and I thrive on challenges. One of the many things I love about real estate is that no two days are the same. I also enjoy playing an important role in helping people achieve their goals and aspirations, and I understand that buying or selling property involves more than just transactions - it's about people, relationships and making a difference.
I am blessed to be a wife and a mother to four precious children who have all flown the nest. My great pleasures include being in my home around my cats, spending time with close friends, spoiling my loved ones, and sharing good food and red wine evenings. Being creative, whether it be drawing, painting or rearranging the furniture, also makes me happy.
