Hello, I am Adele Barnard and I have proudly been part of the Pam Golding Properties team since 2004. I specialise in residential real estate in the Western Suburbs of Port Elizabeth. In my spare time I enjoy reading, spending time with my family and friends and occasionally trying my hand at baking. I thoroughly enjoy meeting and working with people from all walks of life. Born in Port Elizabeth in the Eastern Cape, I moved to Bloemfontein with my family in my teens. In 1992 I moved with my parents to Grahamstown where I lived for 24 years, 10 of those years successfully being spent at Pam Golding Properties Grahamstown. In December 2015, I decided to go back to my roots and return to my home town of Port Elizabeth, joining the Port Elizabeth team. I was excited to see the growth of this vibrant and beautiful city and being a part of this growth through assisting with the buying and selling of property.
My journey in to the property industry started when I became a personal assistant at our Grahamstown offices. Soon after, the property bug bit and I became an agent. I have not looked back since! My professional qualifications include a Certificate of Professional Designation (PPRE), a Certificate in Estate Agency and Certificate in Real Estate: NQF Level 4. I have also successfully completed the Pam Golding Properties Real Estate Selling Programme. Through hard work and dedication I have been rewarded with Gold Club membership five times, making me one of the top achievers in Sales and Service within the Pam Golding Group.
In 2010 I was the proud recipient of the Client Services Award and have also been awarded the OOBA Runner-up Top Supporting Agent for Units sold in 2011 and Pam Golding’s Highest Average Commission % Negotiated in the same year. I am exceptionally proud to call myself a Pam Golding Agent. I have chosen to spend my property career associated with this company because I firmly believe in its philosophy and cornerstones of empathy, knowledge, experience and integrity. These are values that I feel are an integral part of being a successful agent and those in which I take great pride.
