I am Pam.
One of a kind.
Hello, I am Michael and I have been with Pam Golding Properties for over 10 years. I specialise in residential property sales in Parow Valley. I hold my Property Practitioner in Real Estate (PPRE), and am currently working towards my NQF5 and principle status.
I believe in hard work and utmost precision in everything I do. I pay particular attention to my client’s needs and endeavour to meet their expectations. When concluding transactions all parties should walk away happy with the result. I serve my clients with absolute diligence and true transparent dedication to each transaction.
Real estate is not my job, it is my passion. When one has a passion for something, it no longer becomes work. Quality does not cost, so clients always received quality at a price that suits their pockets.
When I am not selling property, I enjoy watching the latest movie. Social gatherings are spent around the braai with friends and family, supporting the English Premier League – Go Liverpool!
Get in touch and let’s discuss your property requirements.
