I am Debbie Theron and I have had the privilege of working with Pam Golding Properties (East London) since April 2018.
I specialise in residential sales in Gonubie and work in partnership with Sune Moolman, who has a degree in marketing and graphic design.
We have achieved Gold club status for the last 2yrs and had the honor of achieving The 2nd runner up Best agents category C -2022.
I believe that choosing to be an estate agent is a passion. I love the interactions with all my clients and I feel very humble that I form a small part of their journey in selling or purchasing their homes.
As a committed Nubian , I can attest that Gonubie is a great family suburb and offers its residents a delightful seaside village environment. Our Nubians are diverse, from successful entrepreneurs and business owners , to retirees with a zest for life. This is a close-knit community and offers many sporting and social clubs, as well as chic coffee shops, restaurants and a beautiful blue flag beach.
