I have an NQF4 qualification and have been the principal of a leading property brand and Manager of an international property company. Prior to that I was manager of a stockbroking office and had 7 years of merchant banking experience. I therefore have a good understanding of finance. I have sold many properties in Cape Town, Somerset West, Plettenberg Bay and Umhlanga Rocks.
My late husband was always being transferred, hence my exposure to all the above cities. I have now settled in George and love being surrounded by such beautiful scenery and caring people. I never pass up the opportunities to attend training sessions through the Pam Golding Training Academy, as it is essential to keep up to date with the latest trends in the industry and changes in the ever fluctuating market.
I am able to share my insight and knowledge of the local market with clients and aid them in making an informed decision with regard to their property purchase. Very often, this is the biggest investment they will make in their lifetime. It is very gratifying to sell to a young couple whose needs change when they have a family, through to the latter years when they look to scale down. The biggest compliment is when clients look to me to help them through all these stages in their lives.
Networking with local business people is also essential as one makes so many valuable contacts.
