Hello, I am David and I have started working with Pam Golding Properties in 2015. I specialise in the beautiful coastal areas of Franskraal and Kleinbaai. I have fallen in love with the peaceful surroundings and natural beauty these areas have to offer.
I began my working career in the sales environment of the corporate world, where I sold products and services from the tender age of 16 years. Through the years I have traveled extensively, for both business and pleasure.
Having bought and sold a number of properties myself over the years, I respect that the purchase and sale of a home is an important and financial decision for my clients. Through my own personal experiences in real estate, I have dealt with an assortment of Real Estate Agents. These dealings have highlighted the frustrations clients face when liaising with an agent who is not attentive to their needs. I endeavor to avoid all unnecessary stress for my clients. I remain focused on my clients, attentive to their requirements and ensure to conclude with both happy buyer and seller.
Besides working with Pam Golding Properties, I own a Guest Lodge in Gansbaai. Back in 2001, my partner and I decided to relocate to the coast, and Gansbaai selected us. It brings me great pleasure to introduce this beautiful, unspoiled spot to potential residents who are looking to live in coastal paradise. My love of the area prompted me to do a local Site Guide Course and this further exposed me to the natural beauty of Gansbaai. I have always had a heart for nature and volunteered as an Honorary Ranger in North West Parks for a number of years.
When I am not involved in selling property, I play squash, both singles and doubles, cycle and play golf. I also enjoy getting out on my motorcycle. I love the beach and take my dogs as often as I can and really enjoy hiking in the area.
