Hello, I am Marzanna. I have been an agent for Pam Golding Properties for over 10 years. I am a rental agent offering a specialised service in finding partnerships for both landlords and tenants in Pineslopes, Lonehill and Beverley. I also cover new sectional title complexes including The William and SoHo Lofts Fourways.
Prior to these areas I serviced Douglasdale, Fourways and Sunninghill. My experience within these areas has helped me gain valuable knowledge and insight into the Fourways rental market. I provide procurement of tenants for our landlords as well as administration/management of properties. I also assist landlords living abroad by looking after their tenants on their behalf.
The growth developments, particularly in Lonehill,as increased the interest of investors and tenants within the areas I cover. All types of rentals have seen growth, including apartments, clusters and free-standing houses. The areas I cover are also favourable due to nearby access to the Gautrain, bus system, numerous shopping centres, gym, entertainment areas and restaurants.
